1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The online store www.effectdecor.md sells decorative products inspired by Moldovan national motifs.
Using this website and/or placing an order implies full and automatic acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
This document has been drafted in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Moldova:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The updated version will be published on the website and will become effective from the moment of posting.
2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
By using the website www.effectdecor.md and placing an order, the client gives explicit consent for the collection and processing of personal data necessary for order processing and product delivery.

During the ordering process or via the contact form, we may collect the following information:

3. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Orders can be placed online via www.effectdecor.md.
To complete an order, the client must provide personal data and select delivery and payment options. By placing an order, the client confirms that they have read and agree with these Terms and Conditions.
Accepted payment methods
a) Online payment by bank card
Visa and MasterCard are accepted
Transactions are protected by the 3D Secure system
After payment, the client receives a confirmation email and a digital fiscal receipt
Required information for online payments:
Card number (16 digits)
Expiration date
CVC/CVV code (3 digits)
Cardholder’s full name
If the card currency differs from MDL, the issuing bank may apply a currency conversion fee.
b) Payment on delivery (cash on delivery)
Payment is made in cash directly to the courier upon delivery.
Order confirmation
An order becomes valid only after:
Successful online payment or acceptance of cash-on-delivery
Automatic verification of the provided information
Refund policy
Refunds are issued only to the same card used for payment.
Processing time: up to 14 business days from the confirmation of cancellation or return.
Cash refunds or refunds to a different account are not accepted.
4. PRODUCT DELIVERY
After placing the order, the client will receive information regarding the estimated delivery timeframe.
Responsibility for delivery address
The client is fully responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.
The company is not liable for delays, losses, failed deliveries, or extra charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery within Chișinău and surrounding areas
Delivery time: 1–3 business days, between 10:00 and 18:00
Delivery cost: 100 MDL
Pickup from office: free of charge

Delivery to other locations in Moldova
Delivery time: 2–5 business days via authorized courier partners
Delivery fee: 100 MDL, regardless of location
Important notes
Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays
During peak seasons or unfavorable conditions, delivery may take longer — clients will be informed accordingly
Upon receiving the order
Clients are required to:
Check package condition and contents in the presence of the courier
Report any damage immediately
Later complaints related to shipping damage may not be accepted.
5. RETURN POLICY
The product is considered accepted without objections if no written complaint is submitted within 2 days after delivery.
Eligible products for return
Products can be returned only if:
They have not been used, washed, damaged, or installed
They are in the original packaging
They are accompanied by the fiscal receipt or order proof
Return procedure
To initiate a return, the client must send a written request to:

(within 2 days from receiving the product).
The product must be returned via courier to:

Return shipping costs are covered by the client, unless the product is defective due to the supplier’s fault.
Refunds
Refunds are issued exclusively to the same card used for payment
Processing time: up to 14 calendar days
No cash refunds or refunds to different accounts

By accessing and using www.effectdecor.md, the client gives explicit consent for the processing of personal data according to Law no. 133/2011.
